Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP): The Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP) makes available a limited number of deferred payment (principal and Interest) second mortgages, in amounts of up to $45,000.00. This program is specifically designed to provide qualified families with assistance necessary to secure financing towards the purchase of a single-family detached home in the City of Victorville and to extend to those families an easier means to experience the pride of homeownership.
All MAP Applications are submitted to the Redevelopment Agency through a Participating MAP Approved Lender. Interested Applicants are encouraged to contact a Participating MAP Approved Lender to have loan eligibility determined. Click here for more information our our MAP Program.
Owner Occupied Residential Rehabiliation Program: Qualified Victorville homeowners can receive up to $60,000 interest-free for use toward home repairs such as electrical, heating/cooling repairs, roofing, replacement windows or lead paint removal. - Only for qualified, low-income homeowners
