In addition to the hangars currently available, there are no less than six, 25-acre sites immediately available for corporate aviation development. SCLA can accommodate all current-flying commercial and military aircraft with an air traffic control tower operating seven days per week and Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) emergency response capabilities comparable to the world’s largest airports.

SCLA provides express global access to airfreight forwarders and carriers throughout the world with secured onsite 24-hour U.S. Customs service and a dedicated, congestion-free air corridor. SCLA’s premier facility features two intercontinental runways including a 15,050-foot runway, allowing the heaviest aircraft direct, non-stop access to any destination in the world.

SCLA is a low traffic and low humidity location making it an optimal choice for quick, easy and professional aircraft maintenance and painting. SCLA’s onsite Fixed Base Operator (FBO) is MillionAir.

Carriers such as Cargolux, Luftansa, Volga-Dnepr Airlines, Federal Express, and the U.S. Armed Services have utilized SCLA’s state-of-the-art facility for timely, cost-effective goods movement. From 1999 to present, SCLA has received more than 15,310 tons of air cargo and because of its proximity to the Southern California goods movement corridor, is an ideal location for expanded and dedicated air cargo services.

SCLA also offers express access from Victorville to both Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, less than 100-miles, via an expanded Interstate Corridor System.

SCLA offers multimodal capabilities, including ground transportation services and a two-hour turnaround. The airport also offers easy freeway access and is located off I-15, US-395 and SR-18 between Los Angeles and Las Vegas—just 40 miles from I-10 and I-40. Once at SCLA, cargo can be cleared and transported to the West and points eastward within 24-hours via ground or rail.
