Easy access for shoppers at The Mall of Victor Valley.

The Mall of Victor Valley is the only regional mall located in the Victor Valley and has served the local consumer base since being built in 1985. Owned by Macerich, the mall recently underwent an entire interior and exterior renovation allowing it to reposition its major tenancies to better serve the local shopping demand. Among its newest anchor tenants, the Mall of Victor Valley hosts Dicks Sporting Goods and a Macy’s. The Mall of Victor Valley has also added casual sit down dining options, by adding a new Red Robin restaurant.

Located along Interstate 15 at the Bear Valley Road Interchange, the Macerich investment has helped fuel great retail demand at the Bear Valley Road corridor. The greatest of retail expansion has been in the area casual dining. Adjacent to the mall, causal dining experiences can be found at the Outback Steakhouse, The Original Roadhouse, Applebee’s, Chili’s, Panera Bread, Johnny Carinos and Pancho Villas Mexican Restaurant.
